1. The basics 

• Right click the Q icon near the system tray to activate the Quote menu. Through this menu you can control your email Signature files to which Quotes will automatically add a random Quotation. You can choose multiple Quotation files and you can manage the contents of these files through this menu.

 

• Double click the Q icon and a popup Quote will appear and the existing signatures and/or messenger profile will be red with a new random Quote. You can also automatically update the signature files with a new random Quotation through the Quotes menu, see 'automatic change interval'.

2. Configuration wizard

After the installation of Quotes the Configuration Wizard of Quotes will help you with getting your settings right. You can select the Quotes files to be used in your signatures and messenger. You can select if you want to update your random Quotations at a regular interval. The Wizard helps you with selecting your mailer program and editing your signature.

It is possible to set these settings through the Quotes menu, see basics. From the Quotes menu you can activate the Configuration Wizard at your wish.
